Margo is a piece of Brazil in Berlin.

Where we come from, the coffee people everyday consume comes with a "100% Arabica beans" label just to cover up a doubtful origin. This little charcoal-like brew is daily made fast, with boiling water, and served with a lot of sugar to camouflage the bitterness, all poured from a big thermos that, with luck, will last the whole day. Ironically, we are also the country that exports the most coffee to the world.

The truth is, there is no right or wrong way to choose your coffee, consume food, buy your clothes, or define your habits. But for some, these conscious choices matter in the bigger picture of life. We are not talking about superfluous luxuries or rare, overpriced stuff. It can be simply about deepening the understanding of the origin and roast of what we consume every single day.

The project was just an idea, until our Berliner friends tasted it and asked to take it home. Margo was born from that (and a burnout :').

We are a Brazilian couple who personally loves artisanal products. Margo is a small local roastery focusing on the quality of Brazilian coffee.
